What are the differences between the rooms? 

Since you deserve the best, we imagined unique rooms with exclusive Black & White interior design to offer you an indulgent and elegant escape. Our soft mattresses are among the most comfortable you will find with an extra pad for extra comfort, fluffiest pillows, extra huggable duvet. 

White Palm has 4 Bungalows, 2 Lumbungs, and 2 Collection Rooms. Each room has a private terrace and a pool view. 

The bungalows and lumbungs have the same size (35sqm), with the same decorative design, the same bathroom, and the same facilities. However, the main difference reminds in the room architecture:

The lumbungs have a 7-meter high ceiling roof in a form of a Romantic arch made of Alang-Alang thatched roof. The natural light is coming from the height.


The bungalows are square with one more window in L shape allowing more natural light to enter the room. This room has an additional mirror on top of the bed.

The 2 Collection Rooms are our most exclusive rooms and are more spacious (50sqm) with 2 different styles and unique interior designs.

Both rooms have a 2meter Super King size bed.

Coco Collection

Located on the 1st floor is designed for honeymooners or Instagram lovers. It has an infinity flying hammock suspended over pristine lush greenery from which you can get a gorgeous panoramic view on the organic fruit & vegetable backyard field plantation, on the White Palm salt-water pool, and on our holy & sacred Banyan Tree hiding and giving you full privacy. You can even see volcanoes on clear days.

Boho Chic Collection

Featuring an indoor private lounge area, a private outdoor terrace with a bohemian hammock located next to our Balinese temple overlooking our pool and our holy & sacred Banyan Tree. The bathroom will transport you into Greek Cyclades with its stylish white cave style with rainforest showerhead facing an alley of cactus and palm trees.

Do you have a twin bedroom? 

All our rooms are equipped with King size beds. We do have 3 rooms that have convertible bed into 2 twin beds:

  • Cocotastic Bungalow

  • Gypsy Chic Lumbung

  • Yogi Bungalow

How many people can sleep in the room? 

Our bungalows are made for 2 people, and to ensure maximum comfort the limit is 3 people per room. 

You can add an extra bed for 350,000 IDR per night, or a baby cot for 250,000 IDR per night. 


Do you have a room with a bathtub? 

Yes, we do. Coco Collection bungalows offer a bathtub with a view of Green lush vegetation and a separate shower in a semi-open bathroom. Ask us to fill up your bath with flower petals to bring your romance to the next level (on demand) and immerse yourself in the deep soaking bathtub, making use of our Organic & Vegan Toiletries to give yourself some much deserved personal pampering.

How can I book a room? 

The best price is guaranteed if you book directly on our website by clicking “Book Now”.

You can see the availability and rate for the date you are interested and you can simply book by following the steps shown on our website.

When is the check-in & check-out? 

Check-in is at 14:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. 

Note: We ask for a passport and the payment of the room upon check-in. 

Are Early check-in and Late check-out available? 

Yes! but it's based on availability. 

Late check-out until 15:00 will be charged 25% of room rate, late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of the room rate, above 18:00 will be charged 100% of room rate

Where are you located? / Are you located in Uluwatu? 

We are located in the Bukit Peninsula more precisely 2min walk from Balangan Beach, which is situated between Jimbaran and Uluwatu. We are about 7 km down south of the Airport, and 20 min away from Uluwatu Beach. Balangan Beach is one of Bali’s most scenic spots, featuring a gorgeous half-kilometer stretch of white sand between vegetated limestone cliffs. 

Are there many bugs & mosquitoes? 

The hotel is designed very openly and indeed it is possible to find bugs and insects as we are located in an outdoor tropical area. However, we are making treatments against mosquitoes and insects every month, which really limits this inconvenience. Moreover, each room is equipped with a mosquito repellent plug and you can ask us for anti-mosquitoes spray if needed. 

Are you family/kids friendly?

Absolutely everyone is welcome in White Palm, and we would be delighted to welcome your little one. The owners themself also had a baby girl born in Bali in 2019 and they will be happy to share with you all their kid-friendly tips & addresses around the Bukit Peninsula.

Do you have parking facilities? 

We do have a small parking area in front of the hotel. 



Can we rent a scooter onsite? 

Yes, we do provide scooter rental service onsite with Vario, Scoopy, and Nmax options. 


Do you have a transfer service?

We can organize any of your transfers during your stay at White Palm:

  • Airport transfer 

  • Transfer from your previous hotel to White Palm

  • Transfer from White Palm to your next destination in Bali

  • Day & Half Day tour 

Do not hesitate to contact us to book your transfer or ask us onsite directly.  

Payment & Hotel Policies

How can we pay onsite? 

You can pay by cash or by credit card. For payment by card, we will charge an additional 3% fee.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Union Pay 


Note: The payment of the room will be asked upon check-in while the payment of extras will be settled at the end of the stay. 

How can I cancel my reservation? 

NOOOOO it will make us very sad ...  Just joking :) 


Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date won't be charged. However, if you cancel after the 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged 100% of the total booking. 

If you have a valid reason here are the following steps:

  • If you booked through an Online Travel Agency, please contact them directly. 

  • If you booked through our website, please send us an email mentioning your full name, your booking number, the date of your stay, and the reason for your cancellation. 

New Cancelation policy related to covId-19:

In the case of a Covid-19 related matter making traveling impossible, the stay will be held credited for an additional two years.


What is the hotel no-show policy? 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking.
